CAT KANE/ PERSONAL TRAINER
As one of Brisbane’s best personal trainers, Cat has been transforming Aussie bodies for more than 15 years, since 2006.
Specializing in training and nutrition for fat loss, strength, building lean muscle, and an efficient metabolic tank, her clients achieve maximum results in minimal time. With a focus on the client’s health first and foremost, Cat takes a highly individualized approach, factoring in each person’s unique physical and lifestyle factors.
How does Cat train?
Cat loves the big compound lifts: squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, and bench press. Her preferred way of training is to focus on increasing strength in these major movements with the use of accessory bodybuilding techniques, HIIT, and circuit style training for structural balance, optimal body composition, and maximal energy expenditure.
