How does Cat train?
Cat loves the big compound lifts: squats, deadlifts,
chin-ups, and bench press. Her preferred way of training is to focus on increasing strength
in these major movements with the use of accessory bodybuilding techniques, HIIT, and
circuit style training for structural balance, optimal body composition, and maximal energy
expenditure.
